It's extremely refreshing to have an older main character. I'm enjoying reading about her and what she does. The story is well written, quite evocative. The start of this book is so tender and gently written and it introduces you to Missy and people currently in her life, those who have left her life and new people who have just come into her life. Missy currently lives a lonely life. The writing really makes you feel as though Missy feels. She seems to want more, but doesn't know how to go about it. I feel for Missy. I'm keen to see her transformation, as she is 'saved' with a second chance.
