Ooh yes, I think I would enjoy this one! I love books where the central character is an old person because they remind me of my grandparents!
I liked the short chapters and preferred the ones in the current time period. Missy is an endearing character... I hope this book takes her on some wacky adventures. I think it would be both a heartwarming, but emotional read.
I'm not mad on the cover... I like the illustration but think it needs a much brighter colour scheme to draw my attention.
