I'm not 100% sure of this one. It plays a little on personal fears of getting to the stage of life called old age. It centers on an older woman who seems very lonely. Her children have gone off to live their lives, her daughter doesn't speak to her based on an incident I'm sure we will read about, her husband is gone, and she has no real friends. Part of me feels that this book will further press on those fears but the other part hopes for a heartwarming story of love and friendship.
