I really enjoyed this first look, although it did make me feel a little sad too. Thinking of my own Nan and the loneliness she too must feel living alone. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in your own world, but seeing it written down really makes you think about it and really feel the emotion. Missy sounds like such a lonely character who just wants someone to talk to, I would love to find out what happens next, will she strike up this friendship? What happened to her daughter? A real thought provoking, not want to put down story so far!
