I started off thinking ok this is different. It is not like anything i have ever read before.
To my suprise i found that with each sentence i related to Missy more and more. I found myself not being able to read it fast enough.
I think it emphasises how uniquely normal we all are. Our insecurities.Our fears. Our doubts.Our memories...It reminded me no matter what age you are, life is still daunting and exciting! It made me feel relieved and reassured that no one is perfect. We are all just winging it.
I liked how the main character was wise and older and the relationships she builds with people across a large age range.
This book is beautifully written. There was not one point in the book where i got bored.
I would definitely recommend this book. It is a thoroughly enjoyable read! Will be buying this for friends and family as it is an honest feel good read.
