I read a lot of crime fiction, and my first impression of this book is that it is right up my street. The introduction leading up to the crime was a chilling page turner, which set the scene extremely well.
There is a great deal of information about the main characters after the prologue, but it is so well written and descriptive that it was not at all confusing. Would love to read more.
