I am partial to the odd biography, but this is the first true crime one that I've delved into. My normal genre fits around medicalised books. This book definitely has my full attention. The first impression already shows what an interesting life Michael and his father have had. Michael grew up in what looks like a very loving home, even with his fathers criminal behavior. However, Michael has also experienced some trauma which we are already starting to see the impact of from the first impression. I look forward to be able to follow the rest of Michael's journey, and see how he reconciles for his criminal past.
The cover is what I would expect to see from a biography and the title is very grabbing. The book itself is very well written and is easy to follow.
