Initially I wouldn't really look too much into this book as it's not something I'd usually go for.
However, my judgement has definitely changed after reading the first look. What i enjoyed the most is the way we, as the reader, are thrown right into the whole police chase.
The quotation that most stuck out to me was "They think I am a tough boy. They don’t realize that behind the mask is a broken soul." This hit deep because it shows the true reality of humans, that there's more beneath the shell than meets the eye, and I'm intrigued to see how the central character managed to land themselves in the position they are in at this moment.
