This book was easy to read but wasn't really my jam. I really enjoy biographies and true stories, but I feel like this got a bit repetitive. It was very interesting to read about a different person's life and their struggles, and I feel as if I am more enlightened to what happens in prisons as a result of this book. It certainly gave me a lot to think about that wouldn't have crossed my mind beforehand.

This book is incredibly honest about what happens in criminal circles, and a lot of it is based on hope (by christianity), and I feel as if finding something to believe in is extremely respectable, especially when involved in the sort of stuff that would usually not be on the same level as that.

I hope that this book is inspiring for others, and despite it not being a favourite it gave me insights that I wouldn't have had previously without this book
