I love autobiographies, especially when someone can do a 360 degree turnaround and completely change their lifestyle. It’s an emotional book and at times difficult to read, but Michael’s book keeps you engaged the whole way through. The title I think is very appropriate, to me, it refers to the early books of the Old Testament were the sins and iniquities of one generation pass on to the next. Unfortunately, it was easy and too tempting for Michael not to follow in his father’s footsteps. The extravagant lifestyle and opulent way of life was something that most people would find difficult to just walk away from. To say going to prison changed his life is an understatement. I myself have taken part in the Alpha Course and I recommend it to everyone. Praise the Lord, Michael found God, and the salvation that money can’t buy. The price has already been paid by Jesus, on the cross.
