I suppose this isn’t really the kind of book you can say you enjoyed because, it’s not a fiction book about crime, it is real and had consequences but it was a book that I found really interesting and hard to put down as I was wanting to know more and more about this person and what made him tick. My family knew his story as he had visited the church to talk about his life and how the alpha course had helped him but I wanted to know more.
Michael Emmett was born into a family that walked on the wrong side of the law, his family knew a lot of the big time crooks and Michael didn’t think twice about becoming involved although his dad didn’t seem to want him to at first but then they started working together and the crimes started getting bigger.
I did find it odd that he called them naughty people and that they did naughty things, seemed too small a word for things that were going on.
I would really recommend anyone to read this as it does show that any life can be turned around as long as you are ready to take that first step.
