I read this book in 24 hours, it's amazing. I have been debating about buying this book for some time now and I'm glad I bought it! It's easily captivating, the characters are written to perfection, the plot is a work of art. I haven't read a book this quickly since the middle of last year. It was definitely worth it; every time I opened it to carry on reading (even though I hardly put it down), I got so immersed by it that I forgot what was going on around me. I love the main character Kellen and his attitude to the problems that face him. It's funny but it also made me want to cry out of sympathy. I normally go for dark, twisted fantasy so this is lighter than the books I normally pick up but I've enjoyed it none the less!
