This book is impossibly engaging and captivating from the start. An amazingly, beautiful, magical world is portrayed immediately and makes it impossible to put the book down.
The characters are highly interesting and make a big impression on the reader. They are something different from the usual and show you different sides to the region presented in the story.
The plot keeps you engaged and absorbs you into a place of power and survival, where life is tough and bad people rule from high places.
This makes for a highly addictive read and it is definitely one of my favourite books ever and will receive my highest of praises. I cannot wait to read the following books to this and I will certainly be recommending it to others.
