Ever since it was announced that a sequel to STAGS was in the works I have been counting down the days to its release! STAGS was one of my favourite books of last year and I cannot WAIT to be in this world again. M.A. Bennet wrote such an engaging and enthralling underrated gem which definitely needs more recognition.
I’m definitely intrigued by the title and the premise for this sequel and already the synopsis has my head spinning with possible ways this could go. The cover also does a good job of intriguing the reader without giving anything away. Plus, “not only is the Order of the Stag alive and well, but that a ghost from the past might be too.” OH MY GOD?!
After reading the the first look, I’m glad that the story picks up not too long after the events of STAGS and that it has the same ominous feeling when reading - I can’t wait to see how everything unfolds!
