Whilst this was definitely a good book and I read it fast, it just didn’t spark my interest as much as the first one did!
This books was lacking in a plot compared to the first in the series, and I found that quite disappointing. I’m all for using my imagination and reading something a bit out there, but this book pushes that a bit and at times felt almost too unbelievable. Whilst the first book has a more thriller edge to it, this one seemed more fantasy which isn’t the genre for me.
It’s an easy book to read and the writing is fun and humorous at times. The characters are fun and I liked how we found out more about Greer in this book.
I think sometimes books should be left as a stand alone, and for me I found this sequel to fantastical to be really believable.
