I am very late to the party. I have been through a heavy reading slump and dealing with MH issues. But I read this book, and ended up reading the entire series.
It had me sucked in from the get go and I was (when not in my depressive state) reading page after page.
It is so cleverly written and I loved the attention to small details. Without giving any spoilers away there is such a twist in this even I didn't see coming! I think that's why I was so taken with the series. The amount of unexpected twists and turns that kept me at the edge of my seat, staying up late to read more chapters, even making coffee so I didn't have to admit defeat and put the book down to get some sleep.
I would highly recommend this book series to anyone who enjoys an easy read where you want to read but don't quite have it in you to stay super focused and attentive to detail. It is a light and easy read but still SO SO GOOD!
