First of all I didn't read the first book S. T. A. G. S . However falling in love with The Island I did do my first impression for The Island, but I wasn't selected to review it. However in this first point I have to say I'm still very much keen on reading The Island, so at some point I will buy a copy.
My main point is you don't need to read S.T.A.G.S to be able to follow the book D.O.G.S S.T.A.G.S. 2 as in my view it can simply be read as a standalone. M. A. Bennett's writing is absolutely splendid. A remarkable author that amazed me at how each line just flowed, being very easy to get into and follow. I will most certainly be reading more by this gifted author.
Every time I read a book I always seem to have a favourite line. In D.O.G.S. S.T.A.G.S 2 my favourite line by Greer is. It's funny to think, looking back now, that none of what happened would have happened if only I'd liked Shakespeare.
There was much more to this sentence, but I have deliberately left it out as I don't want to spoil the Shakespeare line, that Greer has said.
For me personally I love Shakespeare specially Romeo and Juliet.
I won't describe how the story starts, and what happens. But I will say this what grabbed my attention to read on was the very first line. When someone's dead they're supposed to stay dead right?
I recommend reading D.O.G.S. S.T.A.G.S. 2 the chilling twisting brilliant sequel to S.T.A.G.S.
