Peeking Behind the Picket Fences
This seems like it could be an interesting story - the secrets and goings-on in a seemingly close neighbourhood are a great breeding ground for all sorts of terribleness.
My only slight concern is that it may be a little slow, 38 pages is quite long for a First Impression, but not that much happened. That could end up being just because the author wanted to dedicate some time to exposition at the beginning to get us all up to speed on what has happened previously, so I'm definitely open to reading more.
