This review will have spoilers for the book ahead!

Wow...this book was insanely good. The tension throughout, more and more questions being raised and clues uncovered causing more suspicion and confusion. Everything about this story was perfectly executed.

For starters, I loved the mystery surrounding Ruby's character and the uncertainty throughout about whether she was guilty of the Truett's deaths or not, up until the very end of the book where she is not. The circumstances where suspicion was lifted from her but put back on her when more evidence was uncovered by Harper was a really interesting cycle and made it so you as the reader really didn't know who to believe at any time.

The discoveries made by Harper, like the photos placed in her home and who placed them there and finding Ruby's hidden keys, notebook and car were great. It was really exciting following her as she uncovered the truth behind what happened to the Truetts and how Ruby was innocent all along, and how Ruby herself had been trying to prove it.

The plot twist of Ruby's own murder completely shocked me. I really didn't see that coming and added so many more layers to the story.

I seriously loved this book and couldn't put it down. I don't think this review does it justice - definitely a 5 star read.
