This book certainly did not disappoint! The whole book was captivating throughout and had me constantly questioning and trying to solve the mystery myself. At one point I was questioning everyone and had no idea which way the plot would go! Everything about the book was well developed, including the characters and the setting of Hollow's Edge.
I loved the writing style. It was simple and to the point, something that I think is crucial for mystery/crime story as to prevent it from becoming too complicated, whilst also keeping the plot interesting and detailed.
I enjoyed the frequent breakups in the story with posts to the Hollow's Edge Community Page which helped to keep track of characters not mentioned in every chapter.
My only small criticism was that I thought the end was a bit flimsy. It could have been a bit more dramatic to create a larger reveal.
But, overall, I throughly enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try out the mystery/crime genre!
