Initially the cover drew me in and as soon as I started reading I was hooked! The style of writing is excellent as it's exciting and suspenseful without giving anything way. It keeps you interested which is vital for the first few chapters of any fiction book! I loved how the dialogue was very short which added to the tension between the characters as well as helping to build up the plot! A great use of imagery really helps you connect to the characters and the plot and you immediately start questioning what is going to happen next!
I have only read the first 3 chapters but from what I have read this a very engaging read and is extremely intriguing which is supported by the design of the cover. It comes across as one of those books that keeps you guessing what is going to happen which only adds to the suspense and excitement for the reader as well as being able to relate to the characters!
