This book is a genre that I normally enjoy. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a fast paced story.
What came first, Bible quotations or storyline. I found it interesting that Mr Rutger is a screenwriter and wonder if this had any bearing on how fast paced the cave scenario worked in that the characters seemed super human with the amount of injuries sustained that they were still able to fight on. I wasn't too sure about the "Alien" scene with Gemma. It did remind me of the scene in the film of the same name as it was almost identical. I did like the promise - you never know! Overall I did enjoy The Anomaly. The characters were likeable and relatable. There was a good sense of teamwork as well.
