I wasn't initially sure about reading this - I've seen books before where the legal process becomes personal and the police officer/lawyer involved becomes threatened, and 'the bodies start piling up' .... but I do like the way that we are introduced to characters from different angles, not initially knowing how they are connected.
Just a side note: the characters do seem a bit too attractive to believe, with tall /muscular frames (the men) and striking green eyes and red hair/attractive journalist with blonde hair (the women). I personally think that's an unnecessary addition.
