This book is a sequel to another by the same author though I didnt feel I needed to read the first one to enjoy this one.
There’s a bit of jumping around from the perspectives of one group of characters to another; at times, I found this difficult to follow. There was a lot of legal jargon at the beginning which I was almost put off by but it either didn't last long, or I got used to it.
I did think the diary entries from the past were well incorporated and I liked the unusual background of Priests brother and Georgie's quirky flatmate. Overall, I enjoyed the story.
