Lawyer Charlie Priest has lost an important witness in his case who later turns up dead. Charlie is hounded by a reporter whose very interested in him but could she also be involved. Can he and his colleague figure out who the killer is and just how much corruption is involved.
This was a great read with a well developed plot. The ending was good and in particular the epilogue, I love those sorts of endings. I hadn't figured out who the killer was until the end and it was a clever twist to the story.
Charlie's disorder added an extra layer to the story and made him a fascinating lead character. I also liked Georgie and she worked well with Charlie. Plus the added side story of her own past just added to the story.
