I just couldn’t get into this book, I tried and tried and tried. The plot interested me and I kept giving it a go but just wasn’t enjoying it. This isn’t to say it’s a bad book or the author isn’t great it just wasn’t my style. I wouldn’t say avoid it however if the plot interests you give it a go!
I’ve recently gifted it a friend and they’re really enjoying so like I said, not the book just me.
I know you’re not meant to judge a book by its cover but lots of people do and I don’t think this is the best cover, wouldn’t make me pick it up in a shop.
Don’t dismiss it, give it a go and you might love it. Sorry just wasn’t for me despite the interesting plot and first impression but I hope others give it a go.
