I eagerly awaited this book arriving and packed to read on holiday. The first look was great....but it ends there!
I just couldn't keep up with it, the way it was written going back & forth I just found confusing. I couldn't understand what was going on half the time!
Having said that, I did read until the end, out of curiosity,even though I considered putting it down. I thought it concluded well and explained in a way I could understand.
I was expecting great things from this book, but I found it an average read. Personally, I would not recommend it. However, I did leave it with a friend to read on her holiday and she loved it! She said it was her kind of book and she found it gripping through to the end. Maybe this book is one that suits some, but not others. It just wasn't for me.
