The concept of this book in the first few pages has got my mind whirring. No normal prison life following trial, if you want a conviction you have to live face to face with the criminal who has done you wrong.

In the case of Hannah, her kitchen has been adapted to house Jem, the murderer of her police officer husband. I can't even imagine having my space invaded by a cell let alone having to live in close proximity to someone who had taken so much from me.

I'm intrigued, the other characters introduced hint at an incredibly thought provoking read.
