Why is he arriving at her home? Is he dangerous? then the more i read, further questions develop. Why is there a DLO present (Mr Dalgleish)? is this legal? The writing style is punchy, to the point and thus effective. Short sentences engage the reader. What is going on here? With O'Connor's background, I'd expect lots of drama.
