This book surprised me from the outset, the coolness in which the situation is laid out and the ripples from the room. It got me thinking and considering, the awfulness of the idea and yet why it might work for some. The cover gives nothing away with this book, and as I dived straight in to the extract I realised there is going to be a lot to get to grips with.
