This was a very interesting take on the post trial criminal justice system. If you wish to see a criminal convicted of a crime which you are a victim then you have to take on their incarceration in your own home, so you both have to look at each other every day. But who is that really punishing more, seems the victim is being punished even more for wanting the criminal convicted and is paying an even dearer price in getting that conviction. It would certainly bring down the number of court cases if the victims had to agree to house the cell of the criminal for the duration of their sentence, or even for a minimum period before a foster jailer can be found.
Seems to punish the victim more than the criminal, i am definitely interested to see how this plays out, especially as there is a hint at a missing ring that almost seems certain the criminal managed to palm from his jailer so i want to find out how or even if this may come into play later.
