I love thrillers and I am even more intrigued when there is a splash of originality thrown in, something that gives me food for thought for later.

I read the whole book in almost one night. The plot is not particularly tense, I somehow expected the story to unfold the way it did and still, I loved every page and every word.

Imagine a society in which if someone commits a crime, the victim will be the host, will feed and decide of the conditions of the captive. A prison for both the victim and the criminal. A shivering and riveting setting.

I did manage to unfold the mystery before the ending, but it did not affect my pleasure of reading. I found Hannah quite a realistic "heroine" in her quest to discover what happened to her husband.

The only flaw was that the beginning of every chapter had the same phrase style. I find it annoying when the language or style manages to swoosh me out of the story.
