What I liked straight away was the central character Fifteen-year-old Tumirai who has never felt like he has fitted in and always felt different. His brother protected him the best he could and when he was old enough he took an opportunity he couldn’t leave. Tumirai was left to stay with his grandmother who took him on a journey with all her memories.
