I was drawn in by the blurb, but the cover doesn't really work for me. The extract reads a little clumsily for my tastes, but I do think the characters and the story have plenty of potential to be an intriguing read. I'm not in the target audience for this, and this time around I think that shows. I'm sure to the right audience this will be a winner!
