This was an interesting opening to the book which I enjoyed but struggled to work out in what time this book was written in. This became apparent when references to Stormzy and Netflix took place though.
I would love to read more of this book and see what Bamkuru did? Why the father disappeared? Why Tumi doesn’t like Ambuya? And what happened to his brother while he was away?
