Courageous and brave...with humour - sounds like an uplifting kinda read!
One of my all time favourite reads was 'The Keeper of Lost Things' and 'The Curious Heart of Ailsa Rae' has been recommended to fans of the former...well, that's me!!!
A story of courage and bravery when Ailsa receives a new heart and has to learn to live again. I love reading stories which are full of hope and lift the spirit - humour is one of the most wonderful gifts we have as humans - it can get us through the toughest times and Stephanie Butland has used humour to strengthen Ailsa's character.
