Hits you like a ton of feels-bricks

Okay, so, the open door on the front cover seems to be a pretty good indication of what else you're going to find in this book. Probably a lot of opened doors to more amazing writing, interesting characters and great plot. Although we don't know much about Alisa yet, I'm really interested in knowing more about her, along with the mysterious author of the blog (are they the same person? I need to know that). Also, it hit me like a ton of feels bricks. Stories which feature protagonists with illnesses just do that to me. I really want to know how this story turns out, and what Alisa does with her new life.
