I enjoyed this first impression. The prologue lays down an intriguing opener, and makes you want to find out more about Alfie and what he has witnessed. From the blurb we know that the two female characters stories will intertwine; and from the first impression, their stories so far are both readable. The cover is typical of the genre, with a nice eerieness to it. Looks promising.
