What a great start to the book. There seem to be three main sets of characters - a homeless man, a couple working in films, and a crime reporter. The couple and the man have a connection, the reporter seems to be separate and on leave following an accusation she refutes. Dark deeds are afoot and I get the feeling they will all end up mingling. I wanted to read the rest there and then.
