I was instantly excited by the cover art and the title itself fits my preferences very accordingly.
A reporter, Caroline, and Rachel, a film scout, both meet and coke together at the hares landing hotel.
In the main setting of Ireland, the book also revolves around the very obscure death of a homeless person living in London. Rachel fled from london in order to find a safer place- Hares landing. It was very interesting as the separate stories of each characters lives began to intertwine.
However, I do not wish to spoil this book but I was not content with the ending as I felt it could have been written, perhaps, it greater depth. I had grown so attached to this book that I just did not want it to end.
Overall, I recommend this book to mystery lovers as it was an enjoyable read!
