I absolutely loved this book. It pulled me in immediately and kept me wanting to read / find out more all the way through . I love how the two main characters fall so easily and quickly into a really good friendship and l really like the fact that there is a dog in the story as well ( especially as he is a retired police dog) The story has plenty of suspense and twist,s and turn,s but above all really make,s you feel drawn to the main character,s and the mystery of what happened and who the homeless man really was. It also make,s you think about how quickly somebody's life could change. I haven't read anything from this author before but l definately will look for novel,s from this author again. It was superbly written and really made you feel like you were there with them. It kept you guessing until the very end of the story. I really enjoyed reading this novel.
