Hmmm...the cover is definitely eye catching....but my first thought was that this would lie somewhere around the fantasy/Song of Fire and Ice genre rather than historical fiction.
Having said that the storyline outlined in the blurb drew me in hook, line and sinker....I'm a sucker for that kind of thing and loved Golden Hill....I have high hopes for this.
