Although I enjoyed this book, it took me ages to get into it and actually appreciate the story line.

I found the last 100 pages very page turning, it was fast paced and lots going on. I did get confused a few times with the names and the characters and who was related to who, or even linked but after a while it worked. The story line was really good, although it did seem to go off tangent a few times.
Misty was a brilliant character along with Lars and I found the descriptive writing actually helped me picture what they would look like.

I liked seeing my home town mentioned a few times and even it’s ‘local name’ referenced wasn’t overly keen about the description of it though but it didn’t affect the story.

All in all this book wasn’t what I was expecting but it turned out to be a really good story that captured the imagination, I was actually sad that it finished in the end. All very descriptive and it flowed well.
