I like the idea of this. Although not usually a historical fiction fan, I like that it is set between two decades bringing events of the past relevant to the present. The grandmother/grandson relationship is a perfect way to explore this and I'm intrigued to discover the unsolved mystery. The cover would seem to suit the era/theme well.
