The cover didn't really attract me at all, and even though I shouldn't judge a book by it's cover sometimes you just do. It looks quite boring, and doesn't really tell you anything about the story.
The writing also seemed quite slow, and it didn't captivate me when I started to read it, it kind of lagged for me.
