I was fortunate to receive an advance copy of this book, my thanks go to readers first, the author and the publisher. I genuinely found this book to be an interesting, enjoyable read. After reading the blurb I knew it was going to be an interesting book and a storyline that I would enjoy, fortunately the writing style lived up to all of my expectations and made this book lovely to read. I like led the characters, the main character on particular had depth and many layers to unpeel.
I like the style of the book, the size and the physical feel of the book but I must say I am still not a huge fan of the books jacket artwork. I realise authors usually get very little say in this and it in no way spoiled my enjoyment of the book but when for many people the cover of the book is what draws them to pick it up I do genuinely feel this could have been so much better.
