I quite enjoyed the first few pages and the general topic of the book and was quite keen to read on. Until I came across the disrespectful branding of a Doctor as a 'he/she', wearing no makeup and dressing casually. I'm not sure why the author felt this was necessary, in a world where women are under enough pressure to look a certain way. Perhaps this minor comment could have done with a little more thought as to the impact it has.
