I liked this book purely based on the dramatic subject matter and how well it was handled. This novel focuses on Cassie, who has been adopted but wants to find out who her birth mother is. However, along the way she learns that the things her adoptive parents have told her are mostly lies.
I loved how realistic this book is and how well the storyline developed the characters. The writing style was amazing and it took me less than a week to get through this book. I would definitely read more books by this author in the future and this is a book that I have been recommending to friends since I first started reading it!
