This book is really, really great! I enjoyed it very much and I think it should get more credit! I think the author has done a wonderful job in portraying the character Cassie and I feel like Cassie’s quest to find her birth mum is like a quest of self discovery in a way. The book feels relevant and relatable as Cassie uses social media to try and find out the truth about her biological mother. I have never read anything from this author before (Caroline Bond) and this genre, family drama, is not what I would usually read as I often find book like this predicable and boring. I feel like this book has really changed my opinion on this genre and I hope to read more from this author in the future.
