This book is about sisters - both biological and adopted - and the difference that your upbringing at different life stages can have on you. The main character is Cassie - a girl who is coming into her own and wants to find out more about why she was adopted and her birth mother.
It really was a fascinating read and really made me think about the impact that different situations can have on other peoples lives and the fall out from them. Overall this was a really well written book too - full of twists and turns and sometimes you thought that the worst possible outcome was going to happen and then something else would come along. A really good thought provoking story that will stay with me for a while
